Markus Weiss, who heads the Grinding Technology Group in the Faculty of Production Process Technology at the ZWL Machine Tool Laboratory of RWTH Aachen University: “We are seeing more and more inquiries about grinding high-strength nickel-based materials, plus titanium and carbon-fibre-reinforced plastics.”
